The organising committee of the Hong Kong 2016: 2nd Global Tourism & Hospitality Conference and 15th Asia Pacific Forum is formed by a group of 53 undergraduate students studying in The School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). From September 2015, the committee started taking responsibilities in various areas of the conference in terms of planning, organisation and management. With the support and guidance from the school professionals, the committee shows enthusiasm in the process and is dedicated to achieving the goals and delivering a successful conference.
